The location was excellent and stunning, a short walk from an Ottoman imperial mosque. The room itself was well-maintained with good A/C and full supplies.

It was really great stay, I truly enjoyed delightful food.

Delicious and GOOD breakfast with many verities and very good customer service. Excellent, beautiful location in Istanbul, short walk to all the tourist attractions, and the stores all around the area, mosques and playground area for the kids.

Cozy bed, spotless bathroom, a safe to keep your valuables secure, a big TV with lots of channels, and a mini-fridge stocked with drinks in the room - all good-to-go here! Awesome location - just a 15-minute stroll to the Grand Bazaar 😊.

The rooms here are spacious with triple beds and very clean, in a central location close to the Laleli shopping district.

Quite nice hotel, in a central place. Very close to the old city with the most monuments. The service was OK. Very clean hotel and big rooms. Generally a good choice of hotel for both business and pleasure (sightseeing) in a very good price.

Had some problems with the internet connection.

It was a 5 minute walk to the main tram line which took you through the city. Centrally located and within walking distance of the Grand Bazaar and Spice Bazaar. Room was a nice size, breakfast was included during our stay and was good. Bathroom was a very nice size, not really cramped like most hotels.

The staff seemed unemotional towards us. They would help you when asked, but not many smiles or hellos, that sort of thing. Guests only receive 1 complimentary coffee / tea service for their room, no matter the duration of you stay. We asked for more tea and were charged 2 euro a bag! That was pretty outrageous. Bring you own if you want more.

The room had central heating, pay television, and a safe, and the location was great.

The hotel is nicely furnished, well located, and in general it met my expectations.

I was surprised when, immediately upon my arrival, I was asked (in a rather severe way - at least that is how I perceived it) to pay for my whole stay (normally it is done when checking out, and not when checking in).

The rooms were air conditioned and the staff were ready to help. Besides, the location was nice for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of an enormous palace;)))
